My support

I awake self-awareness and awareness of what works. I help to widen perspective. I awake leadership in my clients. 

When coaching I am guided by ICF Code of Conduct and Core Coach Competencies. I ask questions which you won't ask yourself. I listen on many levels. I observe and share my observations

  • connect with deep inner-knoweldge - know oneself better,

  • set satisfying goals,

  • build realistic action plans,

  • develop competences,

  • find joy and energy to act,

  • conquer limitations and barriers,

  • work smarter, not harder.

When training, I use coaching and facilitation skills as well as knowledge of effective learning process - so that the training brings actual growth in competencies. 

Why supporting women is my priority?

Because I believe deeply that us, women, have many talents and great powers. We take up many roles in our lives, and both our environment and our ambition can sometimes stand in our way torwards joy. With just a little bit of support - we thrive.


Because corporate and business environment, especially at higher levels, is mostly built by men. As women we experience greater challenge, to find our way through the labirynth.


Because I dream about a world that is changing - and becoming more accustomed to what women need. I want to support both women and organisations to understand each other better, cooperate beeter and achieve more together.
