Our team development program usually starts with creating awareness of where the team is, what their needs are and what preferences each member has - to start buidling trust & better communication. We use TTI Success Insights in this phase.
Further steps usually involve creating common vision, developing strategy to reach set goals and identifying everyone's contribution.
Discussing successes as well as pitfalls and barriers on the way follows - and we aim to finalise the program with a look backwards to see how much the team has progressed, as well as look forward to clarify further steps.
